Advocacy Campaign Paper petition to be signed in 85 Relay For Life events (52,000 signatures) • Electronic petition championed by local MNA ( 8,000 signatures) • 60 MNAs met, petition filed to National Assembly by 35 • 2 presentations at Health Parliamentary Commitee (briefs) • MNA breakfast with dermatologists • Skin cancer survivors • Campaign to seek support for our asks ( 55 organizations representing 600 groups ) •
Prevention Campaign • The hidden face of tanning salons: Geneviève’s story & the UV photomaton • Stunt at Université du Québec à Montréal in collaboration with Much Music (600 pictures taken) • School tour (20 schools visited, 4,000 pictures taken, 10,000 young people reached) • Facebook microsite (2,166 fans & 26,632 visits in 6 weeks)
