The C4 Model • A pro-active, independent, apolitical , not-for-profit organisation • Brings together key decision makers to work closely with business, community agencies, public sector organisations and 3 levels of government to leave a notable and sustainable legacy for a city and its people • Acts as a long term vision holder beyond political cycles • Motivated to work in the best interests of the city • Strategic not operational • Private sector initiated and driven • Value adds to existing frameworks

Funding / Membership Funded primarily by business Two-tier level of membership – executive ($20K pa) and general ($3.6k pa) with initial 3-year commitment then annual
Philosophy Politically connected, politically active but apolitical (work both sides of the fence) and not tied to election cycles Consultative but decisive and not influenced by minorities. Embraces other existing groups where relevant Widespread engagement from top-level business leaders (CEOs, owners) who are actively engaged at board level or as general members High media profile as the principle lobbying voice for the region High-status organisation where members are recognised/celebrated regularly Clear targets and accountability for any program/project work
