  2.  Shall the River Ridge School District, Grant County, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,300,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping an outdoor educational facility, including athletic fields and site improvements; and refinancing state trust fund loans issued to provide interim financing for the purpose described above?

  3.  The referendum discussion is built around the following premises: refinance the existing $1.7 million trust fund loans, reimburse the district costs previously incurred by the district, and to cover any expenses incurred to complete the project.

  4.  $150,000 operating referendum expired in 2019  If the referendum passes, the project will be aided 30% by the State over 19 years, saving the District and taxpayers an estimated $650,000-$750,000
