BHC Hospital Bed options and qualifications: 1) E0250– Fixed Height/Manual Bed: needs positioning not feasible in an ordinary bed 2) E0255-Variable Height/Manual Bed: meets #1 AND needs bed height adjustment for transfers 3) E0260-Semi-Electric Bed: meets #1 and #2 AND needs the head of the bed elevated >30 degrees and frequent change in body position 4) E0265-Full-Electric Bed: meets all qualifications #1, #2 and #3 AND pays monthly upgrade fee to FE Example: Hospital Bed Qualification Criteria
