What is WDD? It is a nation wide program designed to engage fathers and father figures in schools. Check out the Today Show video on the Woodland web page as well as the link to the official Watch Dog Dad site.
WDD at Woodland If you do not have clearances: Start the process now! All the information you need is on the Woodland web page and the district’s home page. If you have your clearances: • Sign up on the web site. Available dates are listed, just type your name, AM, PM, or Full Day, and teacher’s name in a cell. • It may be helpful to shoot your child’s teacher an email to let them know the date.
Possible Schedule • Full Day: • 9:00 Bus Duty and Picture for Hall of Fame • 9:30 Classroom help • 10:00 Special Area Help • 11:00 Lunch Duties • 12:00 Recess Duties • 1:00 – 3:00 Classroom Rotations • 3:15: Help with Dismissal Procedures
