Presents ¡ D.L.F. The Machine The Celebration of Skate & Custom values There is no doubt that the skate world has been getting closer to the custom bike world for several years now. DC Europe presents, for the first time in Madrid, at the occasion of DC’s Burning Ink Art Show, its brand-new project : D.L.F. D.L.F. is the collaboration of two people and two cultures who share the same passion: one has four wheels, the other only two. Skate activist JMZ from Pulp68 and well-known tuner Jampy from Big Bore Cycles are sharing their knowledge and their ideas to create one unique custom bike : D.L.F. The Machine. D.L.F. project is the crossing point between these two words, gathered under the banner of left foot, one bike and one project. It's been a year and a half in the making to complete this unique project. Stay tuned as this projects is creating a buzz in the biking environment as well as the skate world ! ¡
D.L.F. = Dirty Left Foot 80% of skateboarders are regular, that's why their left shoe get worn out faster than the right. Whilst the left shoe wears away, the right shoe survives the attacks of switch tricks. For motorbiking and the custom and vintage world, the problem is the same. The left shoe is always dirtier than the right one, either the shoe is darkened and used on the top by the speed selector, or the heel is used by the transmission. D.L.F. The Machine presented for the first time in Madrid ¡ ¡ ¡

About JMZ Up to the 90’s, Jim "JMZ" Zbinden followed his father's footsteps, mechanic and passionate about competition. He then parted with the motosport world to join the urban sport universe. Since the launch of Pulp68 "The skateboard Museum of Geneva" in 1995, he has constantly been investing himself in skateboarding. Since, it has become the place to go for fans of vintage and history. He has always mixed the two universes, riding his Harley as much as his skate. And even now he still has an obvious passion for mechanics, working in various domains such as art, design music and creation. Jim "JMZ", in his work, always reminds where his inspirations come from, and showing where the skate has brought him today, a world way beyond simple tricks. He was one of the first riders in the "flow DC team" in 1994. About Jampy JP, Jampy, BBC, Fast JP, Big Bore Cycles, 223, a lot of names for one and only one person Gian Paolo Schiavi.
