Unfinished Business – Alternating Downwind Rails Motion Alternating Downwind Rails (Consideration of Motion) - John Garrett, ACR Member Draft Motion: To request that the FAA implement the • procedures and training required to materially change the location of the North Flow and South Flow Downwind Arrival rails every 1-2 years to reduce the aircraft noise over any one arrival path on a long-term basis. 14
