Albert AU, Hong Kong University Results Due to the low bandwidth of the commercial network, DVTS and DVTS plus were not successful. The video could be received by H.323, HD-SCR and Vidyo. Conclusion It is technically possible to transmit live surgical operation in high- definition from the University network to commercial network. It was also found that the delay was about one second.
