Our 3 key objectives: 1. Building member capability All member organisations are competent and executing robust responsible sourcing programs 2. Effectively assuring compliance in our supply chains Ensuring increasing supplier compliance as expectations rise through having in place increasingly aligned practices, standards and metrics 3. Driving continuous improvement Demonstrating activities of responsible sourcing which go beyond relevant legislation, international standards and company codes

Mutual recognition • Mutual recognition of audits , where possible • joint list of 19,000 audited suppliers • common minimum benchmark = SMETA 6.0 (4-pillar audit protocol) • Exploring what else can be mutually recognised ( Sharing of EcoVadis supplier assessments pilot already under way) • Annual member benchmarking on Responsible Sourcing practices – maturity of member companies is increasing • Continuous improvement through sharing best practice and moving beyond compliance

AIM-PROGRESS has ambitious key aspirations going forward 1. Continue our foundation of best practice sharing , practical solutions and networking, through effective member events. 2. Further push Mutual Recognition to raise the bar for our common responsible sourcing requirements through audits, and drive convergence beyond audits 3. Greater focus on capability building providing training/learning • through professionalised supplier events • through more tools and learning materials 4. A greater clarity and definition of our impact, progressively aligning the measurement of the positive people impact of our work 5. A higher priority for Human Rights work, enabling members to implement all aspects of the UN Guiding Principles in their supply chains
