  3. • Operating Profit of £18442 2019 • Membership rose by 4% to 360 • 54 events were attended by 1,900 people Commercial Summary • Revaluation of Tolbooth Street property to £120k • Facebook and LinkedIn followers doubled • Number of exporters grew

INCOME • Income increased by 5% to £303k 2019 • Three main income streams: Membership & Premier Partnership subscription ➢ fees (47%) Event attendance (27%) ➢ Accounts Documentation & office services (19%) ➢ Overview EXPENDITURE • Modest overall increase of 4.6% • Most costs remained static but increased spend on: ➢ Event expenses ➢ Documentation Service ➢ Prudent and value for money approach has ensured financial stability and strength

  5. • Profit of £3k in first six months of the year 2020 • Membership, export documentation and commercial revenues have all performed better than expected • Income generated by live events significantly reduced Financial • Membership, export and events income will all be Position lower this year • Anticipated breakeven by the end of the year but confident that a healthy cash balance will be maintained. • Member loyalty and Government Grants has avoided the need to furlough staff and ensure members continue to be supported.
