ADRION future calls for proposals • ADRION Monitoring Committee decided to launch calls addressed to different Priority Axes in different moments and according to different modalities; • Calls will allocate all available funds; • Calls addressed to Priority Axis 1 and 3 shall be launched in the next future.

ADRION second call for proposals • Open to Priority Axis 2 – Sustainable Region – only; • Targeted call addressed to a limited number of topics which are the combination of ADRION topics currently not confronted by approved projects and selected EUSAIR topics; • One-step call; • Revised eligibility rules following the experience of the first call; • Last ADRION call addressed to Priority Axis 2.

Second call for proposals – revised administrative and eligibility rules • Reduced administrative requirements; • eMS alerts and warnings to reduce errors while drafting the project proposal. • More project and partnership eligibility requirements to increase project quality and partners’ commitment (e.g.: limitation to the participation of partners in project proposals); • If 2 partners are excluded from the project proposal, the project proposal shall be excluded.

  12. Second call for proposals – participation in projects The same public institution cannot be involved in more than six project proposals: • It cannot be lead partner in more than 1 project proposal per Specific Objective; • It cannot be project partner in more than 2 project proposals if it also applies as a lead partner in the same Specific Objective; • It can be project partner in no more than 3 project proposals per Specific Objective if it does not apply as lead partner in the same Specific Objective. The same private institution cannot be involved in more than one project proposal per Specific Objective. The respect of these requirements cannot be checked by eMS during the project submission and will be verified by the Joint Secretariat during administrative and eligibility checks. Partners must ensure coordination within their structures and fair approach towards their partners.

  19. 2° call for proposals – support to applicants • Application package available on ADRION web site; • ADRION transnational info days (Tirana, Zagreb); • National Info days organized by National Contact Points; • Dedicated LinkedIn page for exchange project ideas and partner search; • FAQs on ADRION web site; • Provision of information to specific questions sent to info@interregadrion.eu and to NCPs; • Targeted meetings at JS premises or via video-conference/skype on project proposals.
