ABCS ¡Workshop ¡ As ¡is ¡most ¡young ¡adult’s ¡experience, ¡my ¡life ¡is ¡marked ¡by ¡the ¡pronounced ¡and ¡ambiguous ¡transiJon ¡into ¡adulthood. ¡ ¡ This ¡is ¡a ¡common ¡trend ¡among ¡most ¡currently ¡emerging ¡generaJons ¡(Smith ¡& ¡Snell, ¡2009). ¡ ¡ We ¡don’t ¡know ¡what ¡we’re ¡doing, ¡we ¡know ¡we ¡have ¡to ¡do ¡something, ¡but ¡we ¡don’t ¡know ¡how. ¡ Contrary ¡to ¡previous ¡generaJons ¡marked ¡by ¡a ¡more ¡individualisJc ¡approach ¡to ¡life, ¡young ¡adults ¡crave ¡relaJonship ¡ and ¡would ¡want ¡to ¡be ¡mentored ¡through ¡their ¡life ¡transiJons. ¡ ¡ Not ¡Puppeteer ¡or ¡a ¡‘Sage ¡on ¡the ¡stage’ ¡– ¡but ¡a ¡‘Guide ¡on ¡the ¡side.’ ¡ 16 ¡
