Workshop 3: Low Carbon Delivery The proposed ZC regulations in 2016 can be delivered by offsite and traditional means, but each one involves a different set of decisions and implications. This workshop will get views from practitioners involved with both methods so that attendees can understand what is involved and what they need to prepare for.
