IMPACT P REVALENCE Multidisciplinary tailored support Stats: diagnosed with mental in primary schools will result in health illness fall of rates of CYP diagnosed with mental health illnesses across the ages in two years - 8% of 5-10yr olds -Rising to 12% among 11-15 yr - 5-10year olds -will fall to 4% olds - 11-15year olds will fall to 8% -Looked after children: -45% -looked after children will also fall to 25% -- Involve in gangs – 40% -Involved in gangs will fall to 20%
