Yukon: A First World Gold Jurisdiction Yukon is larger than California yet has ▪ less than 40,000 residents Yukon is underexplored, has world-class ▪ deposits, with 2,700 known mineral occurrences and more than 80 mineral deposits Government of Yukon understands ▪ business, promotes investment and supports responsible development Yukon has well-developed basic infrastructure with more than 4,800 ▪ km of roads & airports Yukon has direct access to Asia and the world via two ice-free ports ▪ in neighbouring Alaska l CSE: TAK 5
Canadian/Yukon Government Committing $300M to Mining Infrastructure A major new infrastructure initiative ▪ has provided funding for a network of roads through the core of the White Gold District Investment will significantly enhance ▪ accessibility to this highly prospective district, including the Company’s most advanced project: Sonora Gulch l CSE: TAK 6
Yukon’s Emerging White Gold District White Gold is a new district ▪ adjacent to the Klondike district within the prolific Tintina Gold Province Majors including Newmont- ▪ Goldcorp, Agnico Eagle and Kinross have entered the district Taku is one of the largest land ▪ holders behind White Gold Corp. Taku’s key properties in the ▪ Klondike/White Gold district include Portland, Rosebute, and Sonora Gulch l CSE: TAK 7
Portland – Klondike District A recently consolidated, road-accessible land package located 42 km south of Dawson City that ▪ covers 13 km of strike length along parallel gold-bearing thrust faults Located on central high ground draining into and surrounded by Dominion and Sulphur Creek, ▪ where more than 2 Moz of placer gold has been mined Recent soil sampling and trenching has led to new discoveries including: ▪ Portland Zone: 97.2 g/t gold over 7.0 m ▪ Doron Zone: 2.2 g/t gold over 18.2 m including 9.1 g/t gold over 1.8 m and 14.7 g/t gold ▪ over 1.9 m Carib Zone: 83.5 g/t gold and 435 g/t silver 1.0 m and 50.5 g/t gold and 1,977 ▪ silver over 0.6 m There are several additional zones that have been recently identified and much of the ▪ property remains unexplored; only seven holes drill to date with most intersecting significant gold l CSE: TAK 8
Portland – Klondike District l CSE: TAK 9
Rosebute – White Gold District A 14,154 ha land package covering a large-scale gold system with only first pass- • exploration; acquired from legendary prospector Shawn Ryan Located 4 km north, and along trend, of White Gold Corp’s recent Titan discovery, • where 72.8 g/t gold was intersected over 6.1m from a depth of 10.7m Also adjacent to and on trend with White Gold Corp.’s Vertigo discovery where • maiden 2018 drill results at the Vertigo discovery include: 22.5 g/t gold over 30.5 m starting at surface; and • 17.3 g/t gold over 10.7 m starting at 3.1 m depth • Significant soil sampling, limited trenching and drilling on the northern half of the • property has identified three zones (Hudbay, Nor’west and Furtrade) First-pass trenching at the Hudbay Zone encountered 6.2 g/t gold over 5.0 m, • 1.2 g/t gold over 10.0 m and 1.5 g/t over 20.0 m First-pass drilling at Nor’west has intersected 1.0 g/t gold over 22.6m • l CSE: TAK 10
Rosebute – White Gold District l CSE: TAK 11
Lucky Joe – White Gold District Taku’s Lucky Joe property is contiguous with the Rosebute property, located to the • north, and hosts the Lucky Joe, Bear Cub and Ryan’s Creek zones The Lucky Joe and Bear Cub zones together outline a hydrothermal system over 21 • km long and up to 3 km wide The Lucky Joe zone is defined by limited drilling over an 800 m strike length • by a 200 m wide zone that averages 0.35 to 0.60% copper; gold has a close to 1:1 relationship The Bear Cub zone is located to the north of the Lucky Joe zone and is • approximately 1.8 km long and 1.5km wide based on soil sampling The Ryan’s Creek zone parallels the Lucky Joe trend located 4 km to the southwest • Soil sampling has identified a 7.2 km long trend with soil values up to 611 ppb • gold and 4,400 ppm copper Limited drilling intersected 2.4 m of 3.2 g/t gold within a larger • 12.0 m interval of 0.8 g/t gold and 0.4% copper l CSE: TAK 12
Lucky Joe – White Gold District l CSE: TAK 13
Additional Properties in the White Gold/Klondike Districts Quartz Project Located adjacent to and along strike of • Klondike Gold’s Lonestar, Nugget and Gay Gulch zones; Klondike Gold’s initial 2019 drill results • reported 404 g/t Au and 415.4 g/t Ag over 2.5m at the Nugget Zone Sulphur Project Large land package (+10,000 ha) with limited • soil sampling having already identified five zones defined by +60 ppb gold Previous work at our nearby Portland Project • has indicated responses of +40 ppb gold typically correlate to in-situ gold mineralization l CSE: TAK 14
Sonora Gulch – White Gold District An advanced-stage project with • potential for multiple styles of mineralization including orogenic (Coffee), porphyry and epithermal (Casino/Freegold) Large 6 km long by 1.5 km wide • gold-in-soil anomaly (+ 20 ppb) with several zones that have produced significant near- surface drill intersections In between and on trend with • Western Copper and Gold’s +20 Moz Au Eq. Casino deposit and Triumph Gold’s +2 Moz Au Eq. Freegold Mountain deposit l CSE: TAK 15
Sonora Gulch Project: Significant Drill Results Extensive hydrothermal alteration along multiple porphyry bodies age dated ± 75 Ma (Same • as Casino and Freegold), both epithermal and porphyry targets remain open Several drill-ready targets including: • Down-plunge SG06-06 that intersected 8.0 g/t gold over 11.1 m that is open at depth • with increasing grade A 2010 IP survey identified a large untested porphyry target below the • extent of previous drilling that is 1 km in diameter (@ 400m depth) Four untested gold anomalies with no previous drilling • New road to be established through the core of the property as part of the Yukon Resources • Gateway Project From To Au Ag Hole Zone Width (m) (m) (m) (g/t) (g/t) SG06-06 Amadeus 208.3 219.4 11.1 8.0 3 SG07-12 Amadeus 56.0 144.0 88.0 0.9 6 SG08-27 Nightmusic 70.0 96.6 26.6 5.0 11.9 Including Nightmusic 70.0 74.0 4.0 25.8 6.5 SG08-28 Nightmusic 106.0 129.0 23.0 1.3 21.5 SG08-31 Amadeus 154.0 185.0 31.0 1.0 4.2 SG10-53 Jupiter 194.5 210.5 16.0 1.9 6.1 SG10-55 Gold Vein 88.4 133.0 44.6 1.1 24.0 Including Gold Vein 115.0 119.0 4.0 11.3 232.5 SG11-59 Gold Vein 3.0 237.0 234.0 0.5 3.0 l CSE: TAK 16
