They have a name for the lack of pigment which is called “ Peomelanin!” Sense white tigers have a condition that makes them di ff erent than real tigers the conditions causes the birth of a white tiger to have problems. One of the problems is the optic nerve, the optic nerve is on the wrong side of the brain so this causes all tigers to be cross eyed. There is only 1-32 white tigers to be born the right way with no health problems, so most of the white tigers are going to be born with a health issue.
