  3. 3/28/19 Fellowship Requirements A total of 1440 points needs to be earned in order to complete the • Fellowship Max. 960 points by RPL, except during the grand-parenting period o Competency (120+ points) needs to be demonstrated in the domain • of Lifestyle Medicine Fundamentals (compulsory).
