Our Vision for Ararat Chapter • Revised Chapter Board with an increased focus on long-term/strategic initiatives • Empowered Division Executive Committees for effective division leadership • Empowered Subcommittees within chapter and each Division Homenetmen Glendale “Ararat” Chapter • Designed and managed gender, age, "Rec vs Compete" based programs with targeted and predefined outcomes • Planned increase in chapter membership • Established Satellite facilities • Improved financial planning and stability • Increased parental and volunteer engagement and appreciation • Improved Chapter outreach, image, and recognition • Matured Bylaws, Strategic and Financial committees integrated into chapter leadership • Increased inclusion of Armenian culture (language, history, traditions, community events, Armenia, Armenian Students, etc.) in members’ and leadership's activities • Effective use of technology for chapter operations and data analysis • Core values are adopted and used for decision making and performance management 7
