Teacher Quotes • Students really enjoy reading with their literacy partner. I have participated for three years and each year it has been very positive and beneficial. • Love this program! • My student looked forward to reading with someone who was patient and allowed her one on one time to be listened to. • Love that my students have the opportunity to read with other adults! • Thank you for taking time to volunteer and read with our students! Your time is valuable and appreciated! • Keep Going, Keep Growing • My student loved this time! • Keep up the great work! Thank you for all you do!
Literacy Partner Quotes • I love the opportunity this program provides for me to share my love of reading and to watch the students bloom as they grow fearless in tackling new words. The classroom teachers with whom I've worked this year and last year were committed to their students' progress, appreciative of my involvement, and delightful to work with. Our campus coordinator, Robin, is exceptional, cheering us on and keeping us apprised of all key dates and relevant details. Thanks to all who organize this great program! • Students were eager each week. Teachers were very cooperative and always allowed my 15 minutes with each student, even if late returning to classroom after recess. I did notice improvement with each student. • Very good program. I enjoy doing it and I believe that the students look forward to it. • This is a fabulous program and our coordinator is beyond compare!
Leadership Quotes • We love our volunteers. They make such a difference. - Julie Nederveld, Principal at Serene Hills Elementary • Without Margie Neuenschwander excellent organizational skills as out LP Coordinator, things would not have gone as smoothly as they did. She is a gem! - Lonnie Driggers, School Coordinator at Lakeway Elementary
