Mesocarp Shell The palm oil has a higher content of Fresh Fruit Bunch Crude palm oil palmitic and oleic acids, while the palm kernel oil contains mainly lauric, myristic and oleic acids. The palm oil is also rich in beta and Kernel alpha-carotenes, as well as natural Crude Palm kernel Oil antioxidants:tocopherol and tocotrienols.
