Essentials • Full length welli lingto ton boots which they can easily ly get on and off (these must be packed separately in a labelled plastic bag) • Nightclothes & slippers • Towel • Toiletries • Plastic bags for dirty clothes • Warm m clothing for outside – t-shirts, jumper/fleece, tracksuit bottoms/jeans. • Socks (not trainer socks!) underwear • Hat &gloves for wearing (not for the farm) • Clothes to wear indoors (just in case) • Shoes to wear in the house – ideally slip on ones • Lip balm (the children will get very dry lips from being outside so much) • Spending money (optional) – maximum of £10.00 in a named sealed envelope to be handed to a member of staff on the morning of the trip • Packed lunch for Friday 13 th March (school lunch can be ordered) • Quiet activity for the journey (no electronics) Luggage is limited to one medium size bag/case + one piece of hand luggage + wellies.

  6. What not to bring Jewellery, mobile phones and any other electronic devices. Food and sweets – it will be confiscated by the farm staff! Your child will be well fed! West Borough Primary School will not take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings

  8. Other Information If your child’s medical needs change before we go, the consent form will need updating. If your child is going to be bringing medication, you need to fill in a form. Children will need a packed lunch on Friday 13th March. We will stop on the way to Gloucestershire to eat. Children can bring a maximum of £10 spending money for the gift shop. This will be plenty and is not compulsory. Please put the money in a named and sealed envelope and hand it to Mrs Hill on the morning that we leave for the trip. Friday 13th March Your child needs to arrive at school at 9am, and go to the small hall, with one piece of luggage (to go in the hold) and one piece of hand luggage. Children should also have their wellingtons in a plastic bag to put under the coach. Mr Atkinson will be checking that you have your wellies! All medicines will need to be CLEARLY labelled and given straight away to Mrs James (except asthma pumps) The coach will depart at 9:30am – you are most welcome to wave us off! Friday 20th March We should be back about 2pm. The office will use the Parentmail service to update you on our exact return time.
