Art Portfolio • Compulsory for all P1 Pupils - One-time Purchase (For Use from P1-P2) • Included in the booklist (Upon purchase from our school’s bookshop, the portfolio will be delivered and placed in your child’s respective classroom in the beginning of next year. • Portfolio will be kept in A3 Clear Pocket Holder Portfolio school to progressively (20 pockets) archive your child’s artworks from P1-P2.
MODE OF ASSESSMENT IN ART Portfolio is the main mode of assessment in all primary schools A portfolio always includes reflection A portfolio tells one student’s story Students will engage in recalling, Contains both work in progress and final thinking and sharing what they have artworks that students select to show and learnt from the experiences tell ideas that are meaningful to them. Daily Reporting & Dismissal Time Reporting - assemble in School Hall by 7.30 a.m. (6.30 – 7 a.m.: Pupils are to wait in the school canteen) Dismissal – 1.40 p.m. 45
First Week of School (2 nd - 4 th January 2019) Reporting: Parents walking their girls to school can enter the school compound to the canteen area via the main gate only (not the other school gates) Pupils are to wait in the school canteen. There will be teachers at the canteen to assemble and take the P1 girls up to the school hall (from 7 a.m. onwards) 46

Health & Dental Care There is a dental clinic in the school which provides free dental care to the children.
