  3. What is a Zoning By-Law? • Set of rules that implement the Official Plan • States what can be done on land and where • Contains distinct “zones”

  4. What is a Zoning By-Law? • To lift the ICB à Staff are preparing new zoning for the ICB lands that is in line with the Official Plan

  5. What has spurred this change? à Consultation from Our Place – Innisfil’s Official Plan 2018 à Changes to key streets à Provincial requirement towards intensification à Placemaking focus à IBPMP: How could lands could work with the park.
