Aligns with our vision of ‘ People in the Lead’ Focuses on the strengths that people bring Demonstrates understanding of local context Involves beneficiaries in the design and development of services Clearly articulates evidence of need Clearly demonstrates impact, with measurable outcomes We want organisations to tell us about their ideas, their missions and visions, and the support they need to create positive impact in their communities. We are interested in ideas which have people at the heart of them, and this could be done in a number of different ways depending on the types of interventions and the local context in which they operate. Ultimately, we want you to tell us what ‘People in the Lead’ means to you.
