  2. THE PURPOSE OF HAZARD REPORTING …Because you mean the World to Someone! Airports across Canada may vary in size and complexity, but we all aim towards one shared vision…

  3. WHAT IS A HAZARD? A HAZARD is any existing or potential condition that can lead to: * Injury or illness; or death * Damage to or loss of a system, equipment, or property * Damage to the environment

  4. BE A LIFESAVER… Don’t wait until it’s too late to report a Hazard! Your safety and the safety of your co-workers and our passengers are dependent upon the proactive reporting of hazards Know your company’s policy and procedure of reporting of hazards

  5. AIRPORT HAZARDS Communication Equipment Slip/Trip/Fall Lack of Appropriate Malfunctioning Slippery walking/ Signage for Passenger working surfaces Escalators and/or Employee Uneven walking Elevators Safety & Security surfaces Moving Walkways
