The teachers accompanying the trip are: Mr Henderson Mr Palmer Miss McKay Mrs McAlister Miss McCracken Mrs Francis Each teacher has 8 pupils assigned to his/her care!
Ac Accom ommod odation on – we will be staying at: Résidence Internationale de Paris 44, Rue Louis Lumière 75020 Paris France
Rooms have a shower and toilet. Towels are also Rooms must be kept tidy and pupils provided! must lock their case every day.
Self-service Restaurant We will eat dinner here on the first night and have breakfast here each morning.
Reception Area 24 hour Reception & CCTV § Vending machines selling, stamps, postcards, sweets & drinks. § You can fill a water bottle each day in the restaurant.
Me MedicalIn Info § MEDICATION - bring anything you might need yourself. § bring a small first aid kit – any medication you take, painkillers, blister plasters, something for an upset stomach. § Any sickness report to Miss McKay or Mrs Francis § If you have taken any medication in Paris let a teacher know. § Bring suncream, sun glasses and a hat.
§ You are allowed to bring one piece of hold luggage ( max. 15kgs in weight – leave room for presents!!) § You will be provided with a luggage label § You are allowed one piece of cabin baggage ( max. 10kgs in weight - 55cm x 20 cm x 40cm is size allowed) § Bring a back pack so that you will be able to carry your camera, a bottle of water, sun cream etc when we are out and about in Paris. § Your safety is paramount. § If you are given instructions they are for your safety – obey them!! § If you are told to be somewhere at a particular time then be there . § Bring a watch ! (don’t rely on a phone) § Keep your money close as pickpockets operate at tourist sites – bring a Money Belt
§ Always stay together in groups of at least three. § Never go off on your own. § Always tell someone where you are going. § Make sure you have the contact card with you at all times. (save these on your PHONE) § Do not speak to strangers – if you are approached by a stranger, go to a member of staff.
§ When you are told to go to your rooms you go and stay there – lock your doors at night. § No girls and boys in each others’ rooms. At Night § Never allow anyone who is not in our group into your room. § If you are concerned about anything ring a teacher. § CCTV in corridors
Out and About § Always be careful when crossing roads – the French drive on the other side of the road! § They also don’t always obey traffic laws!!

§ Always follow the instructions of your teachers and the staff at the venues of the visit § If you get lost or separated follow the procedures agreed for such an occurrence. § If approached by someone you don’t know in YOUNG YO a threatening or concerning manner, just walk PERSON’S PE ’S away. RESPONSIBILITIES RE § If travelling on a train and someone makes you feel unsafe, move closer to your teachers or fellow pupils. § Respect the property of others. § Dress and behave sensibly and responsibly. § Be sensitive to local codes and customs.
