  17. Groups Pupils will be travelling on the coaches in forms groups. They will be assigned to a Pocket Money Leader – in these groups for excursions and usually allocated in groups from same form Dorms – these will be sorted with the pupils before we go. The pupils may choose who they share a dorm with, i.e. does not have to be someone in their form group

Costs ££££££££ £ 388.00 – travel, insurance, full board, excursions, based on numbers going (any difference to this amount will be advised and the final payment adjusted) First deposit of £75.00 by Friday 10 th October 2014 Further instalments: • Second deposit £100.00 - by 05 December 2014 • Third payment £100.00 - by 13 February 2015 • Final payment £113.00 - by 10 April 2015 Or pay monthly after first deposit – contact Mrs McCrone

  19. Extras Pocket money – usually no more than € 60 to buy extra drinks/snacks/souvenirs Meals on journeys to/from France: • Outbound – pupils must take packed lunch • Inbound – pupils will have a packed lunch provided Pupils can buy extra snacks etc on ferry – so may wish to take some sterling £££

  20. Passports & EHIC Every child must have their own valid passport and EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) Please check them and if necessary apply for new/renewals to avoid last minutes problems These will be collected in (with pocket money) before next meeting

  21. Concerns? If your child has a special dietary requirement, medical need or something that you may be worried about whilst they are away, please speak to us.

  22. What next? • Tomorrow the children will be given another letter confirming these details and an ‘Expression of Interest’ consent form. This form must be completed (inc passport/EHIC details), signed and returned to Form Tutor, along with deposit payment, via ParentPay, both by 10 th October 2014. • ParentPay/PayPoint only – no cash/cheques

  23. Next Meeting? Early June 2015 to confirm exact times, drop-off and pick-up points (on the Friday may be an off- site pick-up location due Year 11 Prom) Letter and/or email will be sent out to advise
