The Travel Company we are using for the visits is Voyager School Travel, who is a member of ABTA, ATOL and the School Travel Forum. The total cost of the visits will be around £420.00 but this will be confirmed when we know the exact numbers (any difference to this amount will be advised and the final payment adjusted). The cost will include all travel costs, insurance, excursions, accommodation and food (excluding food for the outward/homeward journeys and spending money). The visits may be paid for in full or in instalments as follows: If you would prefer to pay on a monthly basis, after the first deposit, please contact Mrs McCrone in the School Office to make the necessary arrangements. Please be aware that the first and second deposits are non- refundable and that the travel company imposes the charges for cancellations (unless a replacement is arranged). However, cancellation charges can be reclaimed (less policy excess) if withdrawal is for an insurable reason. The visit is eligible for Pupil Premium – please contact Mrs McCrone
Passports and EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) Your son/daughter MUST have a valid passport and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), so please check that they are in date for the visit . Application forms for EHICs can be downloaded from www.nhs.uk/ehic , where there is more information about these free cards. Insurance Our insurance for this visit is with the school’s own insurer – ACE. Key facts will be provided next year.
