THE LODGE
MEALS • Choice from a set menu given out before the trip. • Over the last two years the evening menu has included dishes such as; lasagne (vegetarian as well), bangers and mash, pasta and meatballs, chicken pie, cauliflower bake, jacket potato etc. • Chn have the choice of a dessert every night – choc ice, jam sponge, chocolate fudge cake. • For breakfast chn can choose from a cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit or yoghurts. • Lunches – chn choose a sandwich from a list before going on the trip the packed lunches have a biscuit, crisps, fruit and a bottle of water. • Chn are asked not to bring any sweets or snacks on the trip as they are well fed whilst at Grinton.

THE GUIDE
RULES • No sweets/snacks. • Rooms must be kept tidy at all times and are inspected on a morning by Stuart who will award prizes for the tidiest room. • Respect and look after each other. • Look after your own things and equipment. • Listen to instructions
PAYMENTS • £50 non-refundable deposit by Friday 25 th October. • Total cost £250 deadline 14 th February 2020. • After 27 th March non of the payment will be refundable due to cost of buses and our guide.
