Work Relations Radar - instructions In the attached RADAR there are aspects, which generally are important in finding employment and education. They have here been assembled as ’points of compass’ The RADAR has been developed in 2013 in a practical pilot project with job-seekers in Finland, and will be adopted in employment services . Instruction for the job-seeking customer: Assess how the aspects in the RADAR are in your life, and give a number from 1 to 5 for each point of compass (5 = yes, exactly like that, totally agree, 1 = not at all, or only very little, 3 = ‘in between’, not so bad but could be improved) You can use this as basis for discussions in counselling, and explain why you gave the assessment as you did, and what it means concerning you
