Using This Tool � Add free fields in the same steps as you add other Synergy fields in a request � The free fields can be added and moved to other positions on the requests using standard field movement functions � These fields will look similar to the standard Synergy fields, minimizing the amount of training required

Using This Tool � All workflow requests can use these additional fields and increased functionality � SSRS Reports can be created using data from standard and the GLM System Free Field tool � Free fields are available in standard Synergy searches and pivot analysis views

Issues Solved � Allowing more information to be used within a request, possibly minimizing the number of follow-up requests due to limited amount of fields � More Yes/No fields for simpler entry of data, instead of drop-down or search fields � With the increase of Amounts and Number free fields, calculations can be expanded
