For more information about our how you can register for these programs https://www.getcash4school.com REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE • Reemployment Assistance provides temporary wage replacement benefits to qualified individuals. • You may be eligible if: • You have lost your job through no fault of your own, and you did not quit for personal reasons or were terminated for misconduct; • You are be totally or partially unemployed; • At the time you apply, you are able to work, available for work, and actively seeking work, unless otherwise exempt from this requirement. This includes being physically able to perform a job and having child care if necessary. • Eligibility is determined weekly • Weeks determined by wage earnings • Maximum benefit amount $32.00 - $275.00/wk. 6

You may be eligible for • Payments follow every two weeks additional federal stimulus • Payment Options money from the CARES ACT simultaneously.   8. 9/2/2020 RA FILING PROCEDURES – P ANDEMIC E MERGENCY U NEMPLOYMENT C OMPENSATION • Federal Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) program is now available. This program, offered through the federal CARES Act and administered by DEO, provides up to 13 weeks of benefits to a claimant who has exhausted their Reemployment Assistance benefits. • You will need to apply for PEUC benefits once the balance of Your current claim is exhausted. • Through PEUC and the CARES Act, the additional $600 stimulus funds has ended. • Thus far we have not heard about any additional extensions. RA FILING PROCEDURES Requirements • Must declare income from temporary, part-time, and seasonal work. • Claim for RA while working a temporary job to keep your claim active. • Report expected gross income for the period worked – NOT when it’s paid. • Will not get RA for a claim week you earn more than the weekly benefit amount. • Fraud is a third degree felony; you may receive a fine of $5,000/week. 8
