Instrument • Pre-and post-test survey • 6-7 likert scale questions • Questions based on institute outcomes: – Enhance leadership identity & capacity – Increase awareness of Emotional Intelligent Leadership capacities – Enhance gender identity and awareness of social structures • Two open ended questions on key learning and women/leader identity ¡

Findings • Across all outcomes there were increases in the strongly agree response. ¡ • The largest increase was of 46% in response to participants awareness of bias in society that can prevent women leadership.
