Section 2 Product Filtration
Product Cleanliness Levels Suszi Industrial have recognised the industries need for cleaner products to be made available when servicing wind turbines. With this in mind Suszi Industrial is capable of cleaning ISO 320 gear oil products and hydraulic oils down to super clean ISO cleanliness levels prior to the delivery being made to customers.
The Filtration Plant Equipment The use of CC. Jensen 3 M icron absolute filtration systems capable of cleaning products down to super clean levels. Gear Oil ISO 320 = To ISO Cleanliness level 16/ 14/ 11 Hydraulic Oils = To ISO Cleanliness levels of 17/ 14/ 11 1000 litre Stainless Steel heated IBC treatment tanks to pre heat the products prior to filtration to help speed up the process. The use of product dedicated hoses and sealed IBC tanks that will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness during the product cleaning process The use of Parker Laser particle counter to ensure the correct cleanliness levels are reached during the filtration process.

Waste Oil Removal Suszi Industrial is ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certified. We provide a specialised company for transporting the waste oil from your site to a waste removal plant. This system will help customers reach and maintain the high standards required to meet with the ISO 14001 and will keep the environment free of toxic waste.
Section 4 Delivery Service
Delivery Service • A pre delivery Health & Safety inspection will be made to each site prior to the delivery being made , these inspections will ensure that all aspects of H & S are met during each oil exchange. • These inspections include: checks on road access to each turbine, the length of delivery hoses that will be required, the volume of product needed, the type of connectors required to couple to the gear box sumps and a review of the systems M ethod statement and Risk Assessment documents with the site manager. • All pump operators are fully trained in the safe operation of the Sage Vac pump systems • All pump operators will be trained to enable them to climb the towers. • Timed deliveries to meet with customers planned maintenance schedules and deadlines • Communication radios provided to enable communication from the pump operator to the turbine engineers during the product transfers. • A single point of contact based at our transport office who will provide clear and up to date information regarding deliveries.
