  1. WHY TRIVERSA PRIME? Key reasons • SPC (stone polymer composite) continues to gain momentum in rapidly expanding LVT category Opportunity to improve Triversa’s • construction Adjust and “right -size ” its price point in the • market

  2. What’s the difference between Triversa and new Triversa Prime? Main difference is the core  Both WPC and SPC cores are extruded. o - WPC core contains a foaming agent that adds air to the core designed to increase resilience. o - SPC is an acronym for stone polymer composite vinyl flooring. SPC is an engineered construction that combines limestone and stabilizers to create an extremely durable core. SPC is a solid core with no added foaming agents, giving it a stronger, more robust, and more dimensionally stable construction.

  3. SPC products have a few distinct advantages over WPC. Triversa Prime has more impact resistance and better dimensional stability than original Triversa, making it more damage resistant and better able to withstand temperature fluctuations.

  4. TRIVERSA PRIME Even with these key differences, the real appeal of Triversa Prime is the fact that it is new; and most importantly, priced to be extremely competitive in the market today.

  5. TRIVERSA PRIME DESIGN PACKAGE All current thirty one (31) Triversa patterns have been converted to the new SPC construction. The designs and colors are identical to the current Triversa patterns. The pattern designation crossover are a simple conversion changing the “V” to “X”. So TV001 is nowTX001.

  6. TRIVERSA PRIME The existing Triversa ID patterns will still have the enhanced features (i.e. painted beveled edges, mixed widths and lengths), but they will not be separately called out as ID. We will designate all of the designs as Triversa Prime.

  7. TRIVERSA PRIME Embossing Triversa Prime’s SPC construction allows for deeper more realistic texture on some designs. However, most will retain the same texture as the existing Triversa. Edge Treatment Edges and ends will have the same bevel. The painted beveled edges will be slightly narrower and have a more contemporary look.

  8. TRIVERSA PRIME IXPE BACKING Triversa Prime has a textured IXPE ( - Irradiation cross- linked polyethylene foam) backing. In addition to the benefits listed to the right, it provides excellent acoustical sound properties. IIC 65 (6" concrete slab with drop ceiling, floating) ΔIIC 24 (6" concrete slab, floating)

  9. TRIVERSA PRIME  FLOORSCORE Certified  MEETS GUIDELINES FOR  National Green Building Standard ICC 700-2008  LEED EQ4.3 Certified Low Emitting Product

  10. TRIVERSA PRIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY Warranty Provisions Warranty Period - will not wear out Lifetime - will be free of manufacturing defects Lifetime - will not fade Lifetime - will not stain Lifetime - will not rip or tear from - normal household use Lifetime - will not permanently indent from normal household use Lifetime

  11. TRIVERSA PRIME COMMERCIAL WARRANTY Warranty Provisions Warranty Period - will be free of manufacturing defects 10 Years - will discolor from mold, mildew or alkali 10 Years

  12. TRIVERSA PRIME  Waterproof  Floor can be dried out and re-installed. • As long as water was clean • Care taken to unlock flooring  Moisture Barrier  Targeting a healthy home environment  Recommend addressing moisture problem not covering it up • Use available products to reduce moisture vapor

  13. TRIVERSA PRIME TEMPERATURE TOLERANCE  Primarily a function of the core  Under typical conditions , Triversa Prime does not have to be acclimated to the jobsite.  Acclimation is recommended if extreme temperature variations occur.  Range outside 55 ° F to 90 ° F  Must acclimate room  Between 65 ° F - 85 ° F for 48 hours prior to and during installation  Temperature after - maintain between 50 ° F and 100 ° F  Can withstand bedbug treatment  Direct sunlight heat on floor may not be problematic

  14. TRIVERSA PRIME Site Conditions  HVAC must be in operation for at least 10 days  Acclimate the rooms to a constant temperature between 65 ° F to 85 ° F  All base cabinets, including island cabinets must be installed prior to the floorcovering installation  Remove trim and under cut wood door casings  Prepare subfloor as required for floating or adhered application

  15. TRIVERSA PRIME Suitable Substrates  Clean, Structurally Sound, Free of Movement  Flat- 3/16” in 10’ or 1/16” in 1’  Dry-Not to exceed 5 lbs. MVE  Existing floors must be fully bonded  Do not install over floating wood or laminate  Do not install over expansion joints

  16. TRIVERSA PRIME Small Installations  In small rooms like bathrooms or small foyers the expansion space can be reduced to 1/8” provided they are not connected to a larger room  Never fit flooring net or flush to the wall or fixtures  Do not tape, adhere or fasten the floor along one or more sides

  17. TRIVERSA PRIME Large Installations  If width or length exceed 50 lineal feet, an expansion joint is required  Install Transitions as a T- Molding • Allow a ¼” expansion space. • Do not drive fasteners through the floor  Do not make the expansion space wider to compensate for additional length or width

  18. TRIVERSA PRIME  Floating Installations  Layout-Adjust the layout to avoid narrow planks at side walls  Start in the left hand corner with the groove side against the wall  Allow a ¼” space between the wall and the edge of the plank. Cover the edge with a minimum ½” trim.  Work from left to right completing each row  Use a guide and a tapping block to lock the plank together  Use a pull bar to lock the plank at the end of each row and at the last row

  19. TRIVERSA PRIME Recommended for commercial use If the installation is in a commercial setting where heavy static or rolling loads are present or where high performance requirements must be met, Triversa Prime must be fully adhered using AD-62 adhesive.

  20. TRIVERSA PRIME  Fully Adhered Installation  Use AD62 Adhesive following trowel notch recommendations on the label  Dry fit the first 2 rows allowing a 1/4 “ expansion space.  Snap a chalk line along the edge of the second row.  Spread adhesive up to the chalk line  Install the first two rows along the chalk line  Use a tapping block to assemble the planks and spacers along the edges to prevent movement.  Roll the flooring with a 50 to 100 pound roller with in 10 minutes or before adhesive sets up  Continue installing the floor, spreading only enough adhesive that can be covered with in the working time of the adhesive

  21. TRIVERSA PRIME CONGOLEUM TRANSITIONS  Perfect way to finish installation  Matching Transition for each Triversa Prime pattern
