PRIME GOALS � PRIME is an organized analysis of the political and institutional factors that impact economic, development and social services outcomes in Paterson New Jersey. Understanding power structures and positions is critical to determining the impact of interventions within a community. PRIME will determine effective methods of intervention within the Paterson community.
