  10. We are a membership based organization We need members in order to survive. Treat every member as if they are gold. If we don’t have members, we are not needed. It’s easier and cheaper to keep a member than to find a new one. Ask yourself everyday, what is our value proposition for a member to stay an SCI member. In layman’s term’s why be an SCI member. If we are not working toward that goal, then we need to refocus our energies. Confidential & Proprietary 10

  18. Make “First for Hunters” a Reality This organization is no longer a rich member’s club who only cares about hunting record book exotic animals from far away locations. We need the local deer, rabbit, duck, quail, turkey, elk, etc. hunters for a variety of reasons. We need to convince this mass of potential members/hunters that an attack on elephant hunting, lion hunting, etc. is just a start. Ultimately, the Animal Rights Activists will be coming for all hunting. Confidential & Proprietary 18
