Visual Aids  Slides should be in right logical order  Do not put too much information in one slide better make two or more.  Use key words , phrases, short sentences  Edit the text to avoid any errors in spelling, punctuation etc.  Explain each slide to audience  Do not just run from one slide to another.  Design should be simple, clear and appealing
