Orientation • August 11 th : – 6 th Grade Orientation - 8-11 a.m. • August 11 th : – 7 th Grade Orientation - 12-1 p.m. – 8 th Grade Orientation - 1-2 p.m. • August 17 th : – Alternate Orientation (if missed on 8/11) – All grades - 3-4 p.m. • August 17 th : – Welcome to the Den – 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Mark Your Calendar! ● August 19: First Day of School! – Survivor: Edison – Team-building activities with other 6 th graders – School Tours, Locker, Cafeteria & Organization Tips, Q & A ● August 21: – IDs and School Pictures – IDs are used for bus pass and library card ● August 27: – Curriculum Night, 7:00 p.m. ● September 2: – Taste of Edison (Club Info Night), 7:00 p.m.

  6. Students Arrive • Walk • Bike – bike racks located near 6 th grade doors • Bus • Parent drop off – no cars allowed to pass when buses are present – consider alternate drop- off location

  7. Breakfast • Served every day at 7:30! • Enter Door 13 • Entrée + milk + fruit or juice = $1.25 • Reduced breakfast = $.30 • Free lunch? Breakfast is FREE, too! • Running late? Grab & Go! – School breakfast is allowed in 1 st period class!
