  2. FOLLOW ALONG ◼ Go to NDRS.CA to the AGM page and select On-Line Registration Slides to follow along

  3. ON-LINE REGISTRATION – JON TAGULAO ◼ Registration will be conducted on-line. ◼ An email will be sent with instructions and account information to the email you have registered with the school.

  4. CREATE AN ACCOUNT SCREEN AND SNAPCODE Select “Create Account” to enter your “SNAPCODE”.

  5. SNAPCODE Enter your snap code here Example: abcde12345abcde

  6. CLICK NEXT AFTER COMPLETING INFORMATION Signature Navigation simply type bar to first and last track name progress and skip to different sections Click next to submit page

  7. NEW STUDENT – UPLOAD STUDENT CITIZENSHIP DOCUMENT Please upload birth certificate or passport

  8. PARENT/GUARDIAN – CONTACTS You will need to add parents/guardians as emergency contacts, custody and ability to pick up students by clicking options.

  9. CONTACTS FOR EMERGENCY AND OUT OF REGION Please add emergency contacts to pick up your child/ward and you will need to add an out of region contact.

  10. LEGAL RESIDENCY OF PARENTS (MULTIPLE SLIDES WITH DROP OPTIONS) - Upload birth certificate or citizenship documents

  11. LEGAL RESIDENCY OF PARENTS Utility bills BC Hydro or (no Telus or Shaw bills).

  12. TUITION – PDF FORMS TO PRINT You will have to print and complete the following 3 forms and bring to the document submission day Gr.8 Monday March 9 th 9:00am-6:00pm Returning students March 10-11 th 3:00-7:00pm

  13. PASTOR SUBSIDY FORM For those with Parish Subsidy forms please make sure to your parish prior to documentation day to fill out the form.

  14. ON-LINE REGISTRATION OPEN ◼ Dates for launch of on-line registration: Incoming Gr.8 students – Monday, Feb 24 Returning students that are currently gr8-11 students - Thursday, Feb 27 th Please fill out online registration by Thursday, March 5 th as online registration closed for review.

  15. DOCUMENTATION DAY ◼ Gr8 parents if you have other students in multiple grades you can bring all forms or documents to the Gr 8 document registration day. ◼ Students are not registered until the form is filled out and confirmed. PLEASE BRING : ◼ PAD form with bank details and void cheque ◼ completed participation form ◼ subsidy form from parish

  16. DOCUMENT DELIVERY DAY ◼ Gr8 Document delivery date March 9 th 9:00am-6:00pm If siblings in other grades at Notre Dame you can bring all forms in on that day ◼ Returning students Document delivery date March 10-11 th 3:00-7:00pm
