When reporting to work, visiting a school site, or visiting the district office: • Employees are required to use the hand sanitizer station upon entering the premise (or before entering the vehicle if using a district vehicle) • Employees are required to wear a face covering at all times when interacting with others, when away from their desk and/or when social distancing is not feasible • Employees are required to practice social distancing, maintaining a six (6) feet distance from other individuals, at all times

Employees should also: Stay home if experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms • Practice good hygiene by coughing or sneezing into their elbow or into a tissue • Wash their hands often throughout the day with soap and warm water for at least • twenty (20) seconds Sanitize work spaces and commonly touched surfaces (copy machines, phones) • Avoid touching their face with bare hands (namely mouth, nose, and eyes) • Minimize using other colleague’s equipment (phone, pens, tools) • Avoid physical contact with others (hugs and handshakes) •
