Asset Verification Service (AVS) Initial Eligibility Interview – Process will be similar, however Eligibility Workers will not need to gather bank statements, etc. AVS Request Submitted – Staff at local offices will submit requests via AVS Web Portal
Asset Verification Service (AVS) AVS verifies assets via financial institutions, returning information on: – Checking/Savings Accounts – Social Security Accounts – IRAs Full details can be found on the FAQ Information from Portal will be need to be narrated in Oregon Access

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • What is UAT? – Allows end-user to test the system – Execute testing scenarios – Chance to explore system functionality • Why do we perform UAT? – Confirm the system works – Find defects – Predict the quality of the system – Ensure it meets business needs
