LRGVDC 2019/2020 TxCDBG Program Welcome! The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) administers the non-entitlement TxCDBG and LRGVDC provides staff support to the Regional Review Committee & Non-entitlement communities within the Region. The primary objective of the CDBG program is to develop viable communities by providing decent housing, expanding economic opportunities and providing a suitable environment for persons of low to moderate income.

2019/2020 Scoring Criteria Project Priorities for the Region – Total Points 95 First Priority – Water, Sewer, Septic System & Yard-lines & Street & Drainage – 95 Points • Second Priority – Housing Rehabilitation, Fire Protection – 85 Points • Third Priorities – Community Centers, Parks & Neighborhood Centers – 30 Points • Fourth Priority – All other projects – 10 Points •
