Vision’s Operating System (VOS) The Vision Operating System is used for the daily tasks of: • Booking appointments. • Entering current and prospective client details. • Managing sales of products and services. • Creating data analysis reports for both Client and Trainer performance. A key feature of VOS is Pre-choreographed programs that are built according to the individual‟s Body type, Goals and exercise preferences.

Studio Access • Clients can train in the Studio without their Trainer in their own time in order to accelerate their results • Trainers are still nearby to offer encouragement and support • This service is included in every Program we have available, making us far more cost effective than an average gym membership.

Trainer ainer In Incen centiv tives es Insurance • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance is paid by the Franchise on behalf of the Personal Trainer Advertising • All advertising costs (e.g. business cards and marketing) are absorbed by the Franchise Uniforms • Two uniforms, including shorts, polo shirt and training singlet are provided at the commencement of employment. • An additional uniform is provided at each 6 month review. • Any other additional uniforms will be at the Personal Trainer‟s expense.

Trainer ainer In Incen centiv tives es Ongoing Education and Development provided through : • Weekly Team Meetings All Personal Trainers are expected to attend - Monday at 12noon � • One-on-One Weekly Trainer Meetings Determine individual Weekly Goals to help you grow � Discuss problems or queries � • Team Training Sessions Held infrequently, they are not compulsory but are recommended. �

  34. No Rent No ental Commitment al Commitment Our Trainers are not tied to a rental • commitment for any period. Our goal is to build you a client base • as soon as possible. We have a standard Workplace • Agreement which is designed to protect you and the business. Our goal is to create an environment • that you want to be an integral part of, because you want to be part of it, not because you have to!

Trainer ainer In Incen centiv tives es Concessions • One family member may be trained for free • Additional friends & family may be trained for 50% of session costs - the Trainer forgoes their share of the training fee. Commissions • You get $100.00 for each new referral you bring into the business! (providing the client commits to a program) • Sales of protein powders – $10.00 per bag of protein sold!

You ou Contr Control ol Your our Suc Success cess Bi-Annual Performance Assessments • A detailed Assessment Protocol is provided. • Performance is assessed on a 6 monthly basis. • Pay rises may be provided if: An overall assessment score of 70% is maintained. 60% is maintained on each assessment area. • In conjunction with the above criteria, it‟s possible to increase your income by: 2 pay levels with a score above 80%, and by • 3 pay levels with a score above 90%. •
