Elementary School Staff Members Principal; School Administrative Manager (SAM); Administrative Assistant, Health Associate; Teachers: Classroom, Art, Music, PE, TAG, Sp.Ed., intervention, math/rdg. coaches; Counselors, School Psychologist; Behavior Specialist, Family Advocate; Media Specialist, Volunteers.

  10. Kindergarten Curriculum Children will learn social and foundational skills in Kindergarten.

  11. Language Arts ● Reading Foundational Skills ○ Letter sounds/names ○ High frequency words ● Concepts About Print ● Writing ○ High frequency words ○ Simple sentence/stories

  12. Math ● Understanding Numbers and Quantity ● Ways to make 5 and 10 ● Solving Word Problems with Numbers up to 10 ● Shapes

  13. Other Subjects ● Science ● Social Studies ● PE ● Art ● Music ● Spanish (at IB Schools--Carter Lake and College View)

  14. Enrolling Your Child ● Registration Process ○ Information about child/family ○ Completed at school ● Transfer Requests ○ Approved by principals in August ● Open Enrollment ○ September 1
