Water Workforce Study • Business Higher Education Forum • The assessment: (1) determines whether additional specialists or enabled employees are needed, (2) identifies workforce trends in a particular sector, or (3) confirms if a skills gap exists. After assessing these key areas, business and higher education can work together to design courses and programs that meet these needs.
