  5.  Incentive is 90% of the assessment cost up to $10,000 – paid directly to the WSP  Submit proposal along with application to local Energy Advisor (EA) Incentive/  Must receive pre-approval before beginning assessment (including incentive agreement signed by customer and EA) Application  Complete energy assessment within 90 days of pre-approval, no Details later than December 1, 2018  Submit final report and invoice (showing incentive passed on to customer) to EA  Incentive will be paid to WSP upon payment approval (including project completion notice signed by customer and EA) 5
