MANAGEMENT TEAM Mr. Radhey Shyam Agarwal, Managing Director He is the honorable Managing Director, Chairman and Founder of the VPL Group. His wisdom and experience of more than four decades has brought multiple laurels to Vishal Pipes Ltd. and has helped it emerge as one of the most esteemed manufacturers in the industry with it's widespread goodwill across the building of Steel Tube, Polymer Pipes and Steel structures. His zeal and zest in the field along with his long term entrepreneurial vision is unquestionably responsible for the unbeatable position that the company enjoys in the present competitive times. His contribution in the profitable sustenance of VPL is invaluable and his constant sustainable approach of adopting modern techniques has enabled the organization in increasing it's customer base in India and abroad by volumes in the last few years. He completed his Post Graduation in Botany from IIT-BHU and still today considers himself to be a learner in order to keep up with the changing trends of present times. Mr. Nirmal Agarwal, Director – Public Relations Ever since the inception of VPL, he has played a substantial role in the company’s building up a positive reputation. He has been efficiently supervising the operations of the Group and is a guiding force behind the increasing business relationships in the past few years. He plays a key role in managing client relationship and establishing long term liaison with the stake holders. His tireless strive to drive the company on the path of development with his proactive approach has resulted in giving a boost to the business that VPL has drawn in the last decades. He did his Post Graduation in Commerce from the Lucknow University and puts his good business knowledge in an effective manner to help meet VPL the expectations of the modern business environment. Mr. Rohit Agarwal, Director – Finance He has been working as a Director in VPL since 2008. His strong commitment towards work and efficiency as a visionary is commendable. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has a remarkable experience of 20 years in the field of direct and indirect taxation and statutory compliances. He possesses a very accurate and in-depth knowledge in the area of project appraisals and financing. He has effectively contributed in the growth and development of the company in the last decade because of his ability to provide a sound financial and costing background to the business. 7
Mr. Ramesh Sugla, CEO He holds a rich experience of over 40 years in the Steel & Pipe industry. His key responsibilities are the effective management of inventory and sales. He also plays a crucial role in keeping the team together with his continuous motivation which helps them to achieve the vision and mission of the company. He is an MBA from the Delhi University and puts forward his management skills to the best of use for VPL. Mr. Vishal Agarwal, Director – Production & Sales He is the director of Production and Sales in VPL and holds more than a decade of experience of analyzing sales mix of client and portfolio including product penetration. He is an MBA holder from IMT, Gaziabad and has been actively contributing in the company’s growth with his wisdom and business knowledge. Mr. Vivek Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer – Polymers & Int`nl Business He is the COO of VPL and looks after the Polymers and International Trade. He has been dedicatedly fulfilling his responsibilities of handling polymer pipes division and finding new markets both on a national and international level for the products manufactured by the company. He did his MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad and has worked skillfully to put the company on the path of continuous development. Mr. Kavish Agarwal, Chief Public Relation Officer He is the Chief Public Relation Officer in VPL. He plays a substantial role in the Business Development of the company. He completed his Engineering in Electrical and Electronics and did his Masters in Entrepreneurship Studies from Ashton University, UK. He has been continuously striving hard by incorporating innovative ways of his modern business approach to bring laurels to the company. 8
