Company Overview  Vijay Nirman Company Private Limited (‘VNC’) was promoted by Dr.S.Vijaya Kumar, in 1982  Engaged in civil construction works such as  Urban Infrastructure – Residential, Commercial, Institutional  Roads & Associated Structures like Flyovers, Bridges, ROB’s, Viaducts, Metro Works  Industrial structures, Ports, Power plants, Steel plants, and other Marine works.  Foundation works like Piling, Diaphragm wall etc.  Corporate Office is in Visakhapatnam and has operating offices at Bangalore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi.  Has over 1,700 employees and has executed over 450 projects.  Infrastructure and deliverance confirming to international standards in terms of quality and Safety  ISO 9001:2015 & OHSAS 18001 : 2007 certified company.

Vice Chairman Mr. Vishnu has over 35 years of experience in execution of several projects encompassing Pile Foundations, Bridges, Marine Works and Industrial Structures, housing projects and multi-stored buildings. V. Ajay Kumar, B.Tech, MS Managing Director Mr. Ajay Kumar has done his Masters in Technical Management from Eastern Michigan University, USA Dr. S.Vijaya Kumar, ME (Structure),Ph.D and has over 15 years (National and International ) Chairman experience in Corporate Business Management and Strategic Planning. Dr. Vijaya Kumar established Vijay Nirman Company in the year 1982 and leads the Company from the front. He has nurtured the Y.V. Ramana, M.Tech(Geo Engg) company on the tenets of professionalism, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) excellence and quality. He empowers the core team as well as employees with the twin mantras of freedom and trust Mr. Ramana has over 33 Years of experience in executing number of projects involving Marine works, Industrial Infrastructure and Buildings Projects. VNC CONSTRUCTION ACADEMY We Empower the leaders of tomorrow The construction Industry is one of the fastest growing industries in India. To compliment this growth, we started the VNC Construction Academy, an in-house training institute that aims at producing Site Engineers and Supervisors who are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow. Training is imparted to select individuals in the fields of Formwork, Bar Bending, Steel Fixing, Masonry Works, Scaffolding, Laboratory Testing of Materials, Surveying etc. 80% of our trainees are from economically weaker sections of the society. The academy has successfully produced 85 site engineers and 530 site supervisors who now have a firm grip on quality standards. VNC’s belief in the motto ‘Healthy body makes a healthy mind’ has led to the introduction of Yoga Regime, Physical Training, Safety Drills and First Aid Training to the students. We transform learners into competitive individuals and empower them to lead the future.
