CONNECTED BANKING ICICI Connected Banking is an initiative of ICICI Bank that allows secure and seamless integration of ICICI core banking functions with MMI ERP . By integrating MMI ERP with ICICI bank current account, a range of core accounting functions like bank account reconciliation, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS payments and account balance checks can be made more easy, automated and secure. 6

Registration Process Once we login into the MMI ERP , the user can now add the accounts by clicking on Add Account button. On adding an account, the user will be able to do the following from MMI ERP : Registration , making payments through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/FUND TRANSFER , Fetching Bank Statement & Reconciling , Fetching Bank Balance 8
Connecting with ICICI Bank To start Connected Banking, the user must authenticate the USERID and CORPID by following the steps below: Login to MMI ERP. Go to ICICIN e tBanking - >Registration Select and click on Bank -> Enter Account No., UserID , CorpID. Click on register and Go to ICICI Bank for CIB login to approval on ICICI Bank Portal to authenticate the connection. 9

Transaction Process To initiate payment from MMI ERP , the user must go to Feeding - > Net Banking - >Online Payments. Select Bank Account from which the payment is to be made. Select the person/entity to whom payment is to be made. Bank account and other details are auto- fetched from MMI ERP. Now payment is queued for authentication. 1 5
Payment Authentication Once payment is queued, the transaction must be authenticated by the account holder with OTP received from ICICI Bank. BALANE Bank Statement Bank statement can be fetched directly from ICICI Bank to MMI ERP . Bank Balance Bank balance can be checked directly from MMI ERP without logging into ICICI Bank Portal. Powerful Reconciliation Once the bank statement is fetched, the user can use reconciliation features to classify and reconcile bank statement. 14
